Is my data private?
Privacy is the foundation of My Dreams. Speech-to-text happens entirely on your device, and we ask for your explicit consent before any dream text is sent to AI for interpretation. An account is required to save and sync your dreams, and you can request a copy of your data or delete your account anytime.
Is My Dreams medical or predictive advice?
No. Interpretations, dream art, and videos are for self-reflection and entertainment only. My Dreams does not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic, or predictive advice, and never claims to foretell the future. If something is weighing on you, please reach out to a qualified professional.
Do I need an account?
Yes - an account is required to use My Dreams. It’s how your dreams are saved securely and synced across your devices. The Free plan is free forever; you only pay if you choose to upgrade.
How much does it cost?
My Dreams is free to start - capture dreams, get interpretations, and explore dream art on the Free plan. Optional Plus and Pro upgrades unlock more dreams and dream videos; current plans and prices are shown in the app when you’re ready to upgrade.
What are dream videos, and how many do I get?
A dream video is a short animated clip - about 5–10 seconds - created from one of your dreams, with one video per dream, and every video is clearly labeled “AI-generated” in the app. Content is checked for safety first, and difficult content (for example graphic violence or sexual content) won’t be turned into an interpretation or a video. Free includes no videos; paid plans include a set number per 30 days - see the app for current allowances.
Can I export or delete my data?
Anytime. You can export your dreams or delete your account whenever you like, and your data is removed with it. You’re never locked in.
What ages is My Dreams for?
My Dreams is rated 16+. It’s made for a broad audience interested in dreams, journaling, mindfulness, and a little astrology, with content and safety filters appropriate for that rating.
